We want you sharing gig stories, not dealing with nightmares. Reporting and blocking keep that space safe.
You can report any check-in you believe is illegal, harmful, or against our rules. A reported check-in is hidden from public view immediately, then reviewed by our moderators — it's either permanently removed if it's upheld, or reinstated if not. We have a non-retaliation policy for reporting, though malicious abuse of the reporting system can result in account removal.
Anyone can send you a friend request — no matter how many festivals you apparently "definitely met" at. You don't have to accept it, and nobody sees your feed until you do. You can remove a friend at any time, which stops you seeing each other's feeds (you can re-add them later if you choose).
Blocking goes a step further than removing a friend: it stops you seeing each other's feeds and prevents either of you from sending a new friend request — a clean break, no group chat required.
Your username is searchable so friends can find you, but your logged gigs, ratings and reviews are visible only to the friends you've accepted — never public by default. Your questionable early-2010s dubstep phase stays between you and them.
